I am a young journalist currently working at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) in Bulgaria. There I create different journalistic pieces, including feature stories, explainers, and video stories. My work centers on human rights and international affairs, but often includes internal policy as well.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from New Bulgarian University. As part of my studies, I also completed a semester of Erasmus+ at the European Humanities University in Vilnius, Lithuania.
My professional experience includes reporting and video journalism roles at Debati.bg (online media outlet) and BTV (television), where I developed my skills in news writing, video reporting, and broadcasting.

Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, I am passionate about uncovering stories that matter, utilizing my skills and experience to bring important issues to the forefront of public discourse.

The M100 Workshop helped me to find out what else I can do for my country when it comes to the Journalism. The M100 workshop in Potsdam was a great professional experience. In the next years I longed for a similar opportunity for informal learning, hands-on journalistic practice and the opportunity for deep discussions. Still, it was nearly impossible to find an equivalent experience, the 2009 M100 workshop was truly unique and I remember it now as an important moment of professional empowerment.
