Antonia Marx is a senior professional at Hanns Martin Schleyer-Stiftung, where she works on projects that promote democracy and advises and supports the management in all strategic areas. Prior to that, she spent several years as a project manager at Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft, where she has been responsible for projects around democracy, media and foreign policy and worked closely with various partner organizations from the think tank sector.

Antonia gained professional experience in various fields and organizations, including Deutsche Bank, Heidelberg Cement AG and the management consultancy Accenture. After her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Cultural Management at Zeppelin University and a stay abroad in Spain, she completed a master’s degree in sociology with a focus on organisational sociology at the University of Heidelberg as well as a training in Foresight at the King’s College in London. Supported through additional training as a systemic coach and therapist, her passion is enabling and engaging with people towards systemic, sustainable transformation processes.
