Luciana Grosu is a Bucharest-based freelance reporter passionate about innovation and social change. She studied International Relations, Psychology and Journalism.
Luciana has experience in national and international media projects covering Migration, Gender Equality and Cultural Diversity topics. She has worked in print and online journalism focusing on feature articles, interviews and nonprofit stories.
Over the years, Luciana entered and won prizes in several international essay writing competitions dedicated to development topics.
Her strong passion for human rights and social justice issues motivated her to volunteer with numerous organizations active in the fields of Mental Health, Poverty Relief, SRHR and Women’s Rights. Luciana has also worked in Psychological Counseling, Training and Education projects dedicated to children and young people.
Luciana has a strong interest in Creative Writing and has published two young adult fiction books in Romanian.
She cares strongly about social change and has developed a few original designs aimed at empowering people to live a better, more meaningful life. Luciana would appreciate very much the opportunity to exchange ideas with innovators, thinkers, dreamers and social entrepreneurs of all ages and nationalities.
