Karol Pawłowicki is currently working as Strategic Communications Associate at European Climate Foundation, finding new and efficient ways of conveying the message of science on changes occurring on Earth to a broader audience in Poland and beyond.

He also tackle problems of green energy and social transformation. Before pursuing a career in communications, he has been working as a radio journalist in both the public and private sector for 8 years. H

Karol worked as chief editor of the main daily political audition at RMF FM, the biggest Polish broadcaster. He had the opportunity to get to know the political landscape of Poland, meeting and interviewing top figures in his country. In addition to media experience, in 2018 he has been elected Executive Board Member of the European Youth Press where he served his mandate coordinating projects and trainings for young journalists.

I am very moved, especially because I was not expecting to hear these words, which are like an embrace for me. So I want to thank you for this award, for the incredibly moving words of Giovanni di Lorenzo, for this wonderful sky that has welcomed me to Potsdam, and also to thank the Federal Chancellor for her touching words, and for her encouraging presence.
