The Medienboard is responsible for the national and international presentation and profiling of Berlin-Brandenburg as a film and media location, for providing up-to-date information about the location, for networking the film and media industry across federal states and sectors, and for supporting the establishment of film and media companies. The Medienboard supports media-related location projects that promote the development, professionalisation and presentation of Berlin-Brandenburg as a film and media location.

Around 80 participants from traditional, established and young, independent, democratic media from Europe and beyond will discuss the state of democracy, the effects of disinformation, the opportunities and dangers of artificial intelligence and the role and tasks of journalists in an increasingly complex and complicated world. As a long-standing supporter of the M100, we are once again supporting the exchange between politics and science on current socio-political developments and trends and the influence of the media this year.”
