Jack Goodman is a Senior Journalist at BBC World Service in London.
He joined the BBC as a foreign affairs researcher in 2017 and went on to work in the Reality Check team, where he focused on fact-checking and statistical, visual and explanatory journalism. During the pandemic he started specialising in covering mis and disinformation.

Jack and a colleague’s investigation into a Covid ‘miracle’ drug was awarded the inaugural Royal Society of Medicine prize for exposing fake news in health or medicine.
In a team with a focus on investigative storytelling, he has produced audio and video documentaries, including a story about the deletion of digital evidence from war zones, and about a deepfake scandal in Mexico.
Jack studied at Manchester and Columbia University.
