Lauri Hussar is a media trainer and consultant. For more than 20 years Lauri worked as a journalist in television, radio and newspaper. Recently he had been the Editor-in-Chief of Postimees for three years from 2016-2019. Postimees is the largest quality daily newspaper in Estonia. Founded in 1857, Postimees is the also the oldest newspaper in the country. A graduate of the University of Tartu, Lauri started his journalistic career in MTG owned private TV channel TV3, where he worked as a reporter, editor, and as chief news editor for two years. For ten years he worked at the Estonian public broadcasting company ERR as host of political broadcasts in radio and television. .
